In this Terms and Conditions document, the following words and phrases carry the meanings stated unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Member" refers to any individual who has registered and holds an active account on the ko789 platform.
• "Account" refers to a member's personal profile officially registered on the ko789 platform.
• "Balance" refers to the actual cash balance in a member's account, excluding any bonus funds.
• "Bonus" refers to free credits, bonus funds, or other promotional benefits granted by ko789 to members subject to specific conditions.
• "Wagering Requirements" refers to the minimum wagering amount that a member must fulfil before a bonus can be converted into withdrawable cash.

The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure and legal action where necessary:

• Opening more than one account using the same or different identities.
• Using payment methods or funds that do not belong to you for deposit purposes.

• Using a VPN, proxy, or any method to conceal your actual location in order to bypass geographical restrictions.

KO789's maximum total liability to a member under any circumstance shall not exceed the amount deposited by the member in the 30 days prior to the event giving rise to the claim.
